Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Adhi's Bake House website and online courses. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

• You log in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure.
• Your account is personal. You may be logged in on up to two devices at a time; logging in on a third logs out the oldest.
• You must be at least 18, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Courses and access

• Lifetime plans give access for as long as the course is offered on the site. Time-limited plans give access for the number of days shown at purchase. Monthly plans give access while the subscription is paid.
• We may update, reorder or improve lessons over time. If we ever retire a course you paid for, we'll give reasonable notice.
• Free preview lessons are available to everyone and may change at any time.

Payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while it's retried.
• Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

The course content (videos, recipes, documents and text) is for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:

• share your account, or download, record, copy, resell or publicly share course content;
• try to bypass access controls, watermarks or device limits;
• use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.

Videos carry a watermark linked to your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund for content already accessed.

Intellectual property

All course content, branding and site design belong to Adhi's Bake House or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a course gives you a personal licence to view it; it doesn't transfer ownership.

Results and safety

We share techniques in good faith, but results depend on ingredients, equipment and practice. Take care with ovens, hot sugar, knives and allergens. We aren't responsible for injury, damage or allergic reactions arising from following a recipe.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be emailed to students.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
