Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Adhi's Bake House collects, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and only collect what we need to run your courses.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you add it, your name.
• Purchases: what you bought, amounts, dates and the payment reference from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Learning progress: lessons opened and completed, and where you stopped in a video, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Security data: the device and browser you log in with and its IP address, used to enforce the two-device limit and protect your account.

How we use it

• To give you access to your courses and remember your progress.
• To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds.
• To send emails you need: login codes, receipts, renewal notices and access-expiry reminders.
• To prevent account sharing and misuse (for example, the watermark on videos shows your email address).

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the platform, under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Razorpay, for payments;
• our email delivery provider, to send emails;
• our hosting and video providers, to store the site and stream lessons.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you logged in securely. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it's active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete or anonymise your other data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing . You can update your name any time from your account page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, login codes are never stored in readable form, and access to admin tools is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The site isn't intended for children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
